IMPORTANT You must retorque the TorqLOC® several times at startup. While SEW says this is not needed, we have found it necessary in practice. After startup, stop the conveyor and retighten the TorqLOC® to the suggested torque. Then run and stop the conveyor, tightening the TorqLOC® as necessary. Repeat as needed.
Check the torque one (1) week after startup and then again after two (2) weeks. Retighten the torque as needed.
