The leadership of Salmatec and Floyd Holdings have signed an agreement confirming that BE&E will be the exclusive partner serving the biomass industry for Salmatec in North America.

BE&E will immediately begin offering new pellet machines from Salmatec’s MAXIMA brand as well as dies and rollers for all brands of pellet mills and start stocking parts at their facility in Greenville KY. Refurbishment services for the same will soon follow.

Floyd Holdings CEO Dane Floyd stated: “We move slow and careful on such partnerships due to reputational risks, but It was immediately apparent to me when we began talking, that the ownership of Salmatec placed the same emphasis on value engineering, reliability, and customer support as we do. In addition to an incredible history of long-lasting pellet machines, Salmatecs new investment in the most advanced die production facility solidified their commitment to the future and aligns with our recent large investments for the future. This partnership brings immediate, tangible value to our customers.”

Salmatec’s Business Development Director Timo Mueller added: “We take great care in choosing our partners to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. From our first discussions with BE&E, it was clear that they not only have the sales resources but also the practical expertise in the biomass industry to bring our solutions to the North American market in the same way we serve our European customers. With over 50 years of experience and pellet mills producing more than 13 million tons of wood pellets annually, we understand what it takes to build reliable, long-lasting machines and wear parts such as dies and rollers. With BE&E as our exclusive partner, we are confident that North American biomass pellet producers will benefit from our shared focus on innovation, reliability, and long-term support.”
